Biography: Gen Bishnu Bahadur Gurung

Gen Bishnu Bahadur Gurung was born on 4th July 1950, in Parbat district, Thana maula-2 to late Hon Captain (Subedar Major) Dhir Bahadur Gurung and late Mrs Sukuna Gurung. He joined the Nepalese army as a commissioned officer on 11th November 1971 and retired on 4th July 2008.

General Gurung is married to Mrs. Buddha Gurung and blessed with two sons and a daughter.
