CBTSUK’s financial support to CBTS Pokhara Community Building (Rs. 10,070,31)

On the request of Char Bhanjyang Tamu Samaj Pokhara, Char Bhanjyang Tamu Samaj UK provided Rs. 10,070,31 financial support for the construction of CBTS Pokhara Community building, which is undergoing construction at Naya Bazaar Pokhara. Construction of this building is thought to be strategically important to centralise Char Bhanjyang community from around the globe. Eight members of Ama group committee with two advisers led by Mrs Bimla Gurung (wife of the Chairman) raised the much needed fund which was handed over to the Chairman of CBTS Pokhara Sub Maj Narayan Gurung by CBTSUK adviser Mr Tek Bahadur Gurung on behalf of CBTSUK.
Yuwan Gurung reports-
“आज चारभञ्ज्याङ् तमु समाज युकेबाट संकलन गरि पठाएको रकम रु.9,07,033 (नौ लाख सात हजार तैतिस रुपियाँ) चारभञ्ज्याङ् तमु समाज पोखराको समाज घर निर्माणको लागि सहयोगार्थ रकम एक भेटघाट समारोहमा युकेबाट आउनु भएका सल्लाहकार एवम प्रतिनिधि श्री टेक बहादुर गुरुङ द्वारा चारभञ्ज्याङ् तमु समाज पोखराका अध्यक्ष श्री सु. मे. नारायण सिङ तमु तथा भवन निर्माण समितिका संयोजक श्री क्याप्टेन धर्मलाल गुरुङ ज्युलाई हस्तान्तरण गर्नु भयो ।”
