International support for Char Bhanjyang Center for Health
It gives me great pleasure to share this fantastic news with all our members as well as Nepalese communities. Following our few meetings with Dr John Celin, the association is receiving donations from his friends. The first donation of £9, 902.95 (US$15000) was by Dr Filippo Dollfus and second donation of £3271.02 (US$5000) by Dr Fiorenzo Perucchi from Switzerland. This money is donated to improve the health care system of our clinic.
We are hoping to get more support from Dr Celin and his team in the future for the clinic. Dr Celin and his team of doctors are planning to visit Char Bhanjyang in November 2015 and set up a medicamp for 2 weeks. Initial planning and preparation are taking place in Nepal and UK.
We are so grateful and like to extend our special thanks to the Rt Hon Lord Roger and Lady Pat Swinfen, who initially introduced and arranged meeting at the House of Lords with Dr John Celin on 9th March 2015.
I must also thank and congratulate all our members, honorary life members, chelibeties, advisers, youths and well-wishers for your unity and hard work for this noble cause. Because of your selfless hard work, we have been able to win the hearts and minds of many kind donors. Without these generous people, our objectives are not achievable. So be proud of yourself and keep earning good KARMA.
